Annual Leave is 14 (fourteen) working days in a year with these conditions:
- Employee who has been working for 1 to < 5 years shall be entitled 14 days of annual leave
- Employee who has been working for 5 to < 10 years shall be entitled 16 days of annual leave
- Employee who has been working for > 10 years shall be entitled 20 days of annual leave
- Employee whose year of service is less than 12 months shall be entitled to pro-rated annual leave
- A public holiday that falls on Saturday or Sunday
