Procedure of reporting of grievance are as follow:
a. First Step. Before expressing any grievance in writing, the Employee must firstly discuss the grievances with his/her direct superior. At this first step, it is expected that all grievance could be completely settled.
b. Second Step. If the grievances cannot be satisfactorily settled at the first step, or if the grievances must be settled by a Supervisor, the relevant Employee must proceed his/her grievances in writing to the Supervisor with carbon copy to Human Resources Department.
c. Third Step. In the case of the grievances cannot be settled in the second step within a period of 6 (six) working days from the submission date of the grievances to the Supervisor, the grievances may be proceeded to the Bipartite Committee.
d. Fourth Step. In the case of the grievances cannot be settled in the third step,the grievances may be proceeded in writing to the Director of the Company. In settling the, Director of the Company must involve HR Department since the decision of the Director of the Company is final.
e. In the case of the method specified above fails to settle the grievances, the grievances must be settled by the assistance of the appointed official of the Manpower Agency, pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations.
